Journey Health is committed to transparency and helping individuals and employers make informed decisions about their health coverage options.
How We Work
Journey Health LLC is an independent health benefits advisory. We are not an insurance agency, we are not insurance brokers, and we are not licensed to sell insurance. We do not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance.
Much of what we help with is not insurance at all. Health sharing programs are voluntary, member-funded cost-sharing arrangements — they are not insurance and are not regulated as insurance. Direct Primary Care is a membership-based primary care service, not health insurance. These sit outside the insurance market, even though people naturally weigh them against insurance when deciding how to pay for care.
Where an option you are considering is an insurance product — an individual marketplace plan, catastrophic coverage, or a plan reimbursed through an ICHRA — we do not sell it to you. We refer you to a licensed agent at one of our partner organizations, and that licensed professional handles the application and enrollment. Your policy is with the carrier, not with Journey Health.

Our Independence
Journey Health operates as an independent advisor. We are not owned by, or exclusively affiliated with, any single insurance carrier or provider.
Our goal is to present options and strategies based on your needs, not to promote a specific product or company.
Compensation Disclosure
Journey Health receives referral fees from cost-sharing programs, Direct Primary Care providers, and partner agencies for enrollments made through our referrals. These fees are typically paid monthly for as long as you remain enrolled.
This compensation does not impact our commitment to providing objective guidance and recommending solutions aligned with your needs.
